ACP 850
ACP 850, runs a high quality surface application performance with any desired coating film thickness by means of silicon or rubber application rolls, from pan to paper surface. Film quality is so impressive that it looks like a color printing on the paper.

S PRESS HEAT TRANSFER SYSTEM
The S-Press heat transfer system has the potential to improve bonding,
production speeds, board quality and obviate problems caused by weight rolls
or shoes, e.g. bond disturbance, variable crush, high Double Facer
main-drive power consumption
The S-Press is a revolutionary system, which can be retrofitted to any
existing Double Facer, to maximise heat transfer to the board, provide
positive traction and completely eliminate traditional weight rolls. It uses
inflatable air sacs to apply variable, equally distributed, pressure to the
whole surface of the board beneath it. The equal distribution of pressure is
constantly maintained regardless of thermal deflections, distortions or wear
in the heater plates.
FULLY AUTOMATIC STARCH KITCHEN
SRS 3000 is our most advanced full automatic starch adhesive mixing
equipment. Full computer control system ensures accurate control of glue
formulation; accurate glue gel temperature and stable viscosity, so that the corrugated board production line will achieve its best working performance. SRS 3000 system has a complete production control system and data management
function. All formula are stored in the PLC, the operator only needs to
select the formula code, the weighting system will automatically perform the
production process in accordance with the formula and feeding sequence.
